At your service: staff at the new wilko store
SHOPPERS were out in force today (7) when wilko opened its doors at The Oaks Shopping Centre in Acton..
Queues outside the new store started forming at 7.45am, with nearly 150 customers keen to get a first look at the new store.
The first 100 received a goody bag and enjoyed free cupcakes.
Branch manager Daljit Dhariwal presented a £600 cheque to the company's charity trust, which supports Save the Children, Alzheimer’s Society and Teenage Cancer Trust.
