SUPPORTERS of the Back Heathrow campaign handed in 700 postcards asking the Prime Minister to give his full backing to airport expansion – and came face to face with Boris Johnson's doppelganger.

Mr Johnson v2.0 caused quite a stir with people getting off buses and seeking to have pictures taken with him outside the Civic Centre in Uxbridge!

Campaign manager Paul Cowling said: "There is huge support for responsible expansion in the borough of Hillingdon, as proven by regular independent polling, and this includes many people in the Prime Minister's own constituency of Uxbridge and South Ruislip.”

Note: the postcards will be delivered to the PM's office in Westminster as there is no address in the constituency.
