SHOPPERS in Uxbridge and beyond are supporting the Thames Hospice fund-raising appeal, Raise the Roof as it looks for the £3m needed to complete a new building under construction near Bray Lake.
On Sunday, events were held at the charity’s stores in Uxbridge, Henley and Old Amersham.
Debbie Raven, Thames chief executive, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the support of our community for the launch of Raise the Roof.”
