A HILLINGDON woman has a starring role in a new campaign from Fusion Lifestyle this autumn.
Bel Ubhi, 60, is a member at Hillingdon Sport & Leisure Complex, managed by Fusion on behalf of Hillingdon Council.
The Return to Fitness campaign tells the inspirational stories of Fusion members across the country and aims to inspire and encourage others to tackle their own fitness goals.
After a routine mammogram ten years ago, Bel was diagnosed with breast cancer and, since her treatment, has been on medication that has led to stiff joints.

She was keen to stop her medication and her doctors agreed, as long as she lost weight. To tackle this, Bel joined Hillingdon Sport & Leisure Complex.
After a year at the gym, Bel has lost a stone and a half, regained her fitness and also got back her self-belief and confidence, too.
Shel said: “I absolutely love the group exercise classes and the instructors, and now I’m dancing again at 60!”
