MUM-of-two Sal Cheema was joined by more than 150 supporters at her 12-hour charity relay walk at Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex.

Sal, 42, organised the walk to raise money for AMMF, the UK’s only bile duct cancer charity.

Having already bravely fought and survived, one cancer battle in 2013, when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, she then heard the news that her sister and mother had both been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

Then, in 2018, Sal was diagnosed with rare and devastating bile duct cancer.

She uses her blog, mybeautifullife.org to give her friends and followers a frank, open and informative insight into her cancer journey.

While the final fund-raising tally has yet to be confirmed, the event has already raised in excess of £5,500.
