- Police have been investigating a crash which happened in the early hours of this morning in Watford town centre.
- Three people were inside a white Audi - their conditions are unknown.
- Police have been at the town hall roundabout in Hempstead Road, with closures in place for around 11 hours - the road reopened after 4pm.
- The investigation is being led by the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
- West Herts College, Lanchester Community Free School and Watford Library were all closed due to the incident.
