A FORMER business centre site in Hayes is to be redeveloped to create more homes.
A planning application has been submitted for Fairview Business Centre in Clayton Road for 398 new homes.
Of those, 35% would be affordable, says the developer, A2Dominion.
The plan is for 85 affordable rent homes and 40 shared ownership homes. A further 273 would be for private sale.
Access to the Grand Union Canal would be opened up and there would be a new play area and space for businesses.
