Clifford Atkins, 72, of Penn Road, Mill End, Rickmansworth. On November 27, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fine, costs: £566.

Mark Richard Burge, 54, of Rickmansworth Road, Watford. On February 9, 2019, permitted a person to use a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £673. Six penalty points.

Anthony Christoforou, 37, of Anglian Close, Watford. On December 6, 2018, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Fine, costs: £415. Four penalty points.

James Godfrey, 19, of Rugby Way, Croxley Green. On November 30, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Community order made. Be under curfew for four months. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Costs: £175.

Jason King, 38, of Charlock Way, Watford. On June 28, 2019, used a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug in his blood exceeded the specified limit. On same date, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £237.

Suhail Ismaeel Khalid, 19, of School Mead, Abbots Langley. On August 27, 2019, assaulted a person by beating him. On same date, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for three weeks. Compensation: £50.

Wayne Lee Evans, 46, of Rickmansworth Road, Watford. On June 23, 2019, stole meat products belonging to Tesco. Compensation: £104.

Thomas Legg, 20, of Tibbs Hill Road, Abbots Langley. On February 23, 2019, entered a dwelling as a trespasser with intent to steal therein. Community order made. Fine, compensation, costs: £190.
