Stephen Dales, 40, of Carisbrooke Avenue, Watford. Between June 22, 2019, and July 10, 2019, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a person. Restraining order made. Fine, costs: £525.

Michele Critelli, 53, of Bushey Mill Crescent, Watford. On August 4, 2019, assaulted a person by beating her. Fine, compensation, costs: £267.

James Alan Golding, 41, of Cotswold Avenue, Bushey. On September 6, 2019, did an act which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. On same date, assaulted a police officer by beating him. Two counts. On same date, assaulted a police officer. On September 19, 2019, sent messages that were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. On August 22, 2019, stole two bottles of wine belonging to Tesco Express. Lee Gathard, 31, of Basing Road, Rickmansworth. Between January 12, 2020, and January 14, 2020, sent messages to and had phone calls with a person which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Suara Begum, 36, of Greenbank Road, Watford. On May 11, 2019, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Aisline McConnon, 52, of Gleneagles Close, Watford. On September 7, 2019, stole toy items and nappies belonging to Sainsbury’s. On December 23, 2019, stole children’s toys and accessories belonging to B&M Bargain Stores. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Community order made. Be under curfew for four weeks. Compensation, costs: £240.

Olga Barr, 72, of Windmill Street, Bushey Heath. On June 22, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in urine exceeded the prescribed limit. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Fine, costs: £235.

Gavin Payne, 39, of Horseshoe Lane, Watford. On June 1, 2019, knowing that payment for goods supplied was required dishonestly made off without having paid. Compensation: £76.75.

Laura Robbins, 38, of Commonwood, Kings Langley. On June 22, 2019, failed to provide a specimen of blood for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Fine, costs: £803.

On October 15, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Kerry Crossley-Reynolds, 36, of Oxhey Drive, Watford. On September 2, 2019, had in his possession a quantity of diamorphine. Fine, costs: £237.
