This week the Bucks Free Press asked its readers which is the best car wash in the county.

With so many different services across the county this weeks readers recommend was a very close call, but here are the top 5

1) Lush car valeting, Marlow - This one received a huge amount of votes. The company offer a variety of service levels varying from a pretty standard clean for £10 all the way to a full exterior body polish, interior detailed, steam cleaned and carpets shampooed. Polishing and ceramic coating services are available as well as the option to get your boat, lorry, caravan or horse-box cleaned.

2) Magic Car Wash, High Wycombe - Coming in at a close second is this car wash on Westbourne Street. One reader said: “They’ve cleaned my cars for the last 10 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owner and all his staff are amazing, I would highly recommend them.”

3) The Car Wash Company, High Wycombe - Handy if you want to keep yourself busy doing some shopping in the Eden Centre and come back to a sparkling clean car. One reader said: “As a new driver this was my first time getting my car cleaned I wasn’t too sure how it all worked. I parked my car, picked the silver option and said I’d be about an hour. On arrival my car was perfectly clean inside and out with a really fresh smell. The staff were friendly and helpful, I’ll be going back.”

4) Waves Car Wash, High Wycombe - This chain has been around since 2006 and have reached millions of customers. The one at the Tesco store in Loudwater is a real local favourite. One customer said: “Always a thorough clean here and find the prices really reasonable.”

5) IMO Car Wash, Amersham - Open till 7pm this Car Wash is very convenient if you have longer working hours. One customer said: “Great place - friendly staff and reasonable prices. We had a full valet done this weekend, and they turned our very dirty car into something far more pleasant to drive.”
