Road closures remain after a man died from a stabbing is causing traffic mayhem in the morning.
A murder investigation is in place following an incident on Epping Road last night (June 23), when a man in his 30s was found with stab injuries shortly before 8pm.
The man was rushed to hospital, but despite efforts the man died.
The approaches to Wakes Arms Roundabout remain closed following the incident last night, with police expecting the closures to remain for some time as they work to establish the circumstances behind the death.
The A121 Woodridden Hill is closed both ways, as well as the A104 Epping New Road.
Police warned last night that the crime scene and road closures is likely to cause significant delays to morning commute traffic, and motorists are asked to avoid the area where possible.
