A MAN was found with severe head injuries after 'falling from height' at a Southampton car park.
Thomas Clarke, 32, was discovered at the bottom of Grosvenor Square multi-storey and police were called.
An inquest opening in Winchester heard he died on June 28. It was not made clear if this was at the scene or in hospital.
A post mortem report by pathologist Dr Eleanor Jaynes states the preliminary cause of death as severe head injuries following a fall from height.
Area coroner Jason Pegg said that Mr Clarke lived in Hazel Grove, Lock's Heath.
He then adjourned the full inquest to February 24, to be heard in Winchester.
