Artist's impression: how the mixed-use site will look
PERMISSION has been granted for 250 homes on the Elthorne Works, a former industrial site, in Trumpers Way, Hanwell.
Plans are for flats in three buildings above a podium of eight town houses. They would be a mixture of private and affordable homes, for sale and for rent.
Elthorne Works aims to reflect the industrial heritage of the site while incorporating the green space of the neighbouring park.
The homes would combine with modern industrial units on the ground floor.
Developer MHA London held a series of public consultations before seeking planning approval.
