Mellow yellow: it's the colour for Michael Sobell staff in Hospice Care Week
MICHAEL Sobell Hospice at Northwood is one of more than 200 across the UK taking part in Hospice Care Week until Sunday (11), with staff planning to ‘go yellow’ on Tuesday (6) in celebration of the week.
The hospice is inviting people to host a virtual coffee morning to raise much-needed funds.
“You may feel like the current pandemic has completely taken over your life, but don’t let that stop you hosting your own coffee morning fund-raiser in support of Michael Sobell,” said spokesperson Sam Heggie.
“So, get out your best china, bake some delicious scones and Victoria Sandwich sponges, put up some yellow bunting and hold the best coffee morning ever over Facebook or Zoom with family and friends.”
