September 22
- Rocco Festa, 77, of Castle Street, Aylesbury. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Oxford Road, Aylesbury, on 3. Fined £300. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.
- Jasper Paterson-Bialan, 26, of Maude Road, Beaconsfield. Produce a controlled drug of class B. Produced a quantity of cannabis in Beaconsfield on October 18, 2019. Fined £200. Costs £117. Cannabis plants and drug paraphernalia forfeited and destroyed.
- Mohammed Khan, 45, of Marlow Road, High Wycombe. Racially/religiously aggravated intentional harassment/alarm/distress. In High Wycombe on February 5, caused another person harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £1,300. Compensation £100. Costs £215. Commission of a further offence during the period of a suspended sentence order made by Buckinghamshire Magistrates’ Court on November 1, 2019. Fined £100.
September 23
- Richard Woolhead, 32, of Woolbrook Close, Aylesbury. Failure without reasonable excuse to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on November 25, 2019. Suspended sentence for possessing a knife blade in public amended to extend the operational period from 12 months to 18 months. Costs £60.
- Julia Jenkins, 74, of Spring Close, Latimer. On October 28, 2019, in Sycamore Road, Amersham, misused a parking card for disabled people. Parked on a double yellow line when the person the card was issued to was not present. Fined £151. Costs £282.
- Louise Wakeling, of Holtspur Top Lane, Beaconsfield. On January 18 in Desborough Road, High Wycombe, displayed a Blue Badge and using a vehicle in circumstances where a disabled person’s concession would have been available. Fined £40. Costs £282.
- Adele Walsh, 29, of Barlow Road, Wendover. On July 22, 2019, at Waterside North car park in Aylesbury, misused a parking card for disabled people by displaying the badge when the person it was issued to was not present. Fined £53. Costs £282.
- Saif Ali, 19, of Hardenwaye, High Wycombe. Used a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance in Hicks Farm Rise, High Wycombe, on March 16, 2019. Fined £660. Costs £151. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Costica Rusu, 31, of London Road, Loudwater. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Treadaway Hill, Flackwell Heath, on April 30, 2019. The recorded speed was 52mph. Fined £180. Costs £117. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Charmaine Fyffe, 45, of Crest Road, High Wycombe. Driving over the 30mph speed on the A404 Amersham Road, Hazlemere, on October 20, 2019. The recorded speed was 38mph. Fined £40. Costs £117. Driving record endorsed with three points.
- Mark Goddard, 60, of Cleveland Close, Wooburn Green. Failure to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required. Fined £660. Costs £151. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Jihad Hamzie, 47, of The Ridgeway, Iver. Failure to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required. Fined £660. Costs £151. Disqualified from driving for six months.
- Syed Hassan, 30, of Rowan Avenue, High Wycombe. Failure to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required. Fined £660. Costs £151. Disqualified from driving for six months.
- Loredana Balan, 29, of Upper Green Street, High Wycombe. Failure to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required. Fined £660. Costs £151. Disqualified from driving for six months.
September 24
- Benjamin Hargreaves, 36, of Highwood Avenue, High Wycombe. Possession of a controlled drug of class B (cannabis/cannabis resin). Had a quantity of cannabis in possession in High Wycombe on July 20. Fined £266. Costs £117. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed.
It is established in the UK that court cases should be heard in public. This principle of open justice is acclaimed on a number of grounds: as a safeguard against judicial error, deterrent to perjury and to permit the revelation of matters of public interest.
Costs include victim surcharge and courts charges.
