A HEARTFELT song with a positive message in response to life-changing events has been released, with all proceeds going to the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre at Northwood.

Nothing Lasts Forever is dedicated to all those suffering from cancer. It is a personal message from Penny Lane, a breast cancer survivor, who was aided in her recovery by staff at the Lynda Jackson centre at Mount Vernon.

Friends, family, students and professional colleagues of Penny are all in the video accompanying the track, which was put together at the height of lockdown. West End musical and theatrical performers are also involved.

The track will be available on all popular digital download and streaming platforms, with profits being donated to the Lynda Jackson Centre.

To donate £5, text LYNDAJACKSON 5 to 70085. To donate £10 text LYNDAJACKSON 10 to 70085, or to donate a larger amount visit https://www.ljmc.org/.

The centre provides support and information for people affected by cancer and for their loved ones.
