A teenager has died after a stabbing.

Police were called to Northwick Park, Harrow, at 3.50pm today (November 11) to reports of a stabbing.

A teenager, 17, was found with stab injures and police attempted to give him first aid before the London Ambulance Service arrived.

Despite the best efforts of emergency services, he was pronounced dead at 4.31pm.

Next of kin have been informed and no arrests have yet been made.

He became the sixteenth teenager to be murdered in the capital this year.

A crime scene is currently in place and enquiries continue into the circuimstances are ongoing.

The London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust warned that the lane from Northwick Park underground station to the hospital is currently closed.

In a tweet, the trust said: “You can use the social club car park path to the park for South Kenton, or walk around the Watford Road roundabout to Northwick Park Tube Station.”
