A Nailsworth business which creates educational and fun activity kits and party boxes for children has won a a spot in an exclusive club created by the entrepreneur Theo Paphitis.

Dizzy Rhino, owned by Sarah Indraine, has also won a prestigious retail award.

In October SME News awarded Dizzy Rhino with the Innovation in Retail 2020 award, and the company has now won a spot on the Small Business Sunday club created by Mr Paphitis.

Dizzy Rhino's educational kits are designed to excite the mini mixologist, baker, artist, beautician, chemist, crafter or engineer.

The party boxes contain everything you need to hold a birthday party for six or more children and the large kits are ideal for sleepovers or family gatherings.

Owner Sarah said: "I am absolutely thrilled and can't wait to learn about the other winners' experiences and make valuable connections, which is crucial for small businesses.

"The last six months have been a rollercoaster with some expected lows but more highs I’m happy to say, and John Lewis have also accepted Dizzy Rhino to sell as part of The Great British Pop Up at Cribbs Causeway in April 2021."

"As well as the fun activity kits which make excellent presents from any friend or family member, we have created the UK's first party in a box!

"Just choose a theme or pick and mix your own, order, then open the box to find a complete fun-filled two to three-hour party for six children.

"Everything you need for a party is included, even themed tableware and selfie props."
