The following death notices were carried in the Watford Observer last week:

Ambrose Thomas Ivor – of Croxley Green. Died peacefully at home, aged 95, on 28th October 2020.

BROWN Hazel Mary – Sadly passed away on Friday 23rd October 2020 aged 83 years. Reunited with her beloved husband Alan. A much loved Mum of Wendy and Hilary, Grandmother and Sister. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Both Alan and Hazel were former proprietors of Brown’s Store, Rickmansworth.

DAY Robert Charles ‘Bob’ – Passed away peacefully on 2nd November 2020 at Watford General Hospital aged 87 years. Loving Husband of Audrey and much loved Father of Beverley, Tone and Gary. Father-in-Law of Phil, Collette and Suzanne. Proud Grandad to 9 Grandchildren and Great Grandad to 9. Sadly missed and loved by all.

Thelma Golden – of Batchworth Hill, Rickmansworth. Sadly passed away on 9th November aged 83. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Mr Clayton ‘Clay’ Egbert Hill – In loving memory of a dear dad who passed away on 4th November 2020. He will be sorely missed by family and friends.

JANAWAY Nigel Phillip – Sadly passed away on Saturday 7th November 2020, aged 66 years. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by his Wife Elizabeth, Son Sammy, Granddaughter Chloe and all his family and friends.

MUSK MICHAEL JOHN (MIKE) 1936 - 2020 – Sadly passed away at Watford General Hospital after a long illness so courageously borne. A much loved Husband, Dad and Poppa. Missed by his large extended family, friends and all who knew him through his many activities and particularly The Fullerians Rugby Club.

PHILLIPS Norman Alfred – Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday 1st November 2020, his 86th Birthday. Norman was a much-loved Father, Grandfather and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

PRATT Dave – Formerly of Watford. Died peacefully at home in Tavistock, Devon on 4th November 2020. Aged 57. Loving partner of Anna and much loved Father of Helen, Michael and Daniel. Dave will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
