AMATEUR photographers across Middlesex and Hertfordshire are asked to submit their best wildlife images for Wild Snaps, a photography competition.

The competition is open until 16 September 16 and the winner will be chosen by an online public vote.

The winning image will be featured in Wildlife Matters, the Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust’s membership magazine.

The winner will also receive a £300 voucher for wildlife watching equipment and two runners-up will each receive a pair of Wildlife Trust branded binoculars, all thanks to competition sponsors, Opticron.

Everyone who votes will be eligible to for a prize draw to win a one-on-one Smartphone Safari photography masterclass, sponsored by Jet Black Squares.
