A NEW partnership between Hillingdon Council and broadband provider Community Fibre aims to bring better connections for people across the borough.
Up to 10 community buildings in Hillingdon are set to benefit from free high-speed connections.
Through the partnership, Community Fibre will also bring its broadband network to more than 10,000 homes and businesses.
The partners will recruit and train keen residents to be part of Community Fibre’s Digital Ambassador Programme, helping others to be competent online.
Graeme Oxby, CEO of Community Fibre, said: “It’s important to us that residents and businesses in the community stay connected and access all the critical services online.”
