THE Harefield Care Home in Hill End Road received a visit on Friday (1) from the Mayor of Hillingdon, Cllr Becky Haggar, as part of Care Home Open Week.
The 40-bed nursing and dementia care home, owned by HC-One, also opened its doors to friends, family and the wider community.
Events included a performance from singer John Longo, dancing, a barbecue and raffle which raised more than £100 towards the residents’ comfort funds.
