METRO Bank’s Uxbridge store is collecting Easter egg donations to help support Hillingdon Young Carers Trust.
Carers Trust Hillingdon, based in Uxbridge, operates support services for unpaid carers living or caring in the borough. It assists carers as young as five up to adults.
Uxbridge people and businesses can donate any size egg at its store in the Pavilions shopping centre..
“Easter is a highlight for chocolate treats in any kid’s calendar and we want to really help young carers by supporting this fantastic charity,” said store manager Mohammed Sadiq.
“Uxbridge’s generosity means we have already received more than 20 donations and hope to collect more than 75 before Easter.”
The store is open Monday to Saturday, 8.30am-6pm, and Sunday, 11am-5pm.
