JACOBS, Jean P.A. Passed away at home on 9th October, aged 75 years. Wife of Mike, mother of Stella and Clare and grandmother to Luke, Jake, David, Jonathan and Samuel. Private Cremation at Chilterns Crematorium followed by a Service to celebrate Jean's Life at St James' Church, Plomer Hill, Downley HP13 5NB, at 12:00 noon on Tuesday 31st October. The family would be delighted to see all of Jean's friends at this service and to join them for refreshments, in the Church Hall, afterwards. Family flowers only but donations can be made in memory of Jean, to St James' Church, C/O Arnold Funeral Service, London Road, High Wycombe or at the church.
