THOMAS, David (Teddy) Ex Surrey and Gloucestershire Cricket Club Peacefully passed away on 27th July after a long illness. Husband of Louise, father of Chris, Hugh, Joe and Connor, and brother of Howard and Max. Much loved and sadly missed by all. Funeral at St Michaels & All Angels, Hughenden Valley, on the 15th August at 11.00am. No black please, family flowers only. Donations to MSRC or PCA Benevolent Fund, c/o Arnold Funeral Services 891 London Rd, Loudwater, High Wycombe, HP10 9TB.
