TWO weeks after the murder of Emily Munemo in Collingwood Road, Hillingdon, police will be returning to the area to appeal for witnesses.
Tomorrow (Friday), they will be in Collingwood Road, where they will be making house-to-house inquiries and distributing appeal leaflets.
Officers were called at 11.10am on Friday, January 30, to reports of a woman injured at the address.
Emily, 42, was found suffering from stab injuries and died shortly after.
A post-mortem showed the cause of death to be a stab wound to the chest.
Det Chief Insp Jamie Piscopo, said: “I am particularly interested to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious from 1 Collingwood Road that morning.
"Did you see Emily? Or anyone entering/leaving the property? If so, please contact the police, where you will be treated with the utmost sensitivity.”

A man, aged 35, was arrested in Hayes that day on suspicion of murder. He has since been bailed to a date in March.
