THE Paddocks, a new development of 14 homes in Charville Lane, Hayes, was officially opened by the Mayor of Hillingdon, Cllr Carol Melvin.
Built by Clearview Homes, it features one-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom homes, with 13 of them already reserved or sold.
Due to the demand, the firm has brought forward the launch of Oak Point in Sutton Court Road, Hillingdon, which features 26 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
