PASTICHE Musical Theatre company, based in Hillingdon, returns to the Compass Theatre Ickenham, from March 21-14 with a new production of the Wild West musical, Wild, Wild Women.

Set in Aggroville, a feud between two families comes to a head when a nun is killed by a stray bullet. The townswomen agree to take part in a love strike to bring the men to their senses.

Much twitching among the townsfolk ensues as they sing and dance themselves out of their dilemma.

Pastiche was formed in January 1997 when Jean Hobson and Jean George decided to create a one-off production of Sandy Wilson’s The Boy Friend, performed at The Compass in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

Its success encouraged the company to stage Salad Days in 1998 and, ever since, they have staged a full musical and a concert each year, with the proceeds going to a cause selected by the cast.

Pastiche has raised in excess of £55,000 for more than 30 different organisations and charities, including Hillingdon MIND, Hillingdon Hospital’s Peter Pan Ward, Home Start (Hillingdon), the Michael Sobell Hospice and Meadow High School.

This time, it will be raising funds for Relate North West London, which will be using the funds raised to support their free counselling service for children and young people.

Seats are on sale via the Pastiche box office (01753 424163 or 07598 839743,  tickets@pastichemusicaltheatre.com) and The Compass (01895 250615 during opening hours  or www.hillingdontheatres.uk).
