HAYES & Harlington MP John McDonnell has announced he will run in the Labour leadership contest.
Mr McDonnell announced his plans today, and has accused the Labour party of trying to 'fix' the election by only giving candidates until next Thursday to get the required 33 nominations.
He wanted to stand against Gordon Brown in 2007, but failed to gain the backing of enough MPs.
