Residential Property Group, A2Dominion, is launching its next round of recruitment for its Dragons’ Den style enterprise programme, as part of its Be Inspired initiative aimed at helping young people towards a successful future.

The latest enterprise programme offers A2Dominion tenants and residents aged 18 years and over, who are interested in setting up their own business, the opportunity to get advice and support from professionals.

Working with GGT Solutions, a consultancy and careers guidance business based in Streatham, and financial advisors from Natwest, the residential property group will offer a series of workshops over six months covering all elements of a business including writing a business plan, branding, marketing and how to pitch for funding.

The programme will culminate with a Dragons’ Den style event where successful shortlisted applicants can bid for up to £5k to help set up their business, and receive a year’s worth of mentoring.

Last year’s programme saw £15,000, awarded to five talented entrepreneurs including Chadia Diallo, from Ealing, who was awarded £3,150 to fund her tuition service, Clever Tutors. The service provides extra-curricular classes to help disadvantaged children fulfil their potential.

Commenting on the programme Chadia Diallo said: “The workshops and programme have given me a solid foundation to start my business.

"I am personally very motivated to run my business with the support of A2Dominion, and I am very optimistic that the business will do well in the next coming months with the support of my mentor.”
