DEVELOPERS Be Living have picked up two industry awards in the past week for their Gatefold project just 300 yards from Hayes and Harlington station in Blyth Road.
Its be:here Hayes offshoot won silver in the Best Build-to-Rent category at the WhatHouse? awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
The site, which opened this year, was also named the Best Build-to-Rent development in the Inside Housing Development Awards at the Hurlingham Club.
